How it Works

My LightSpeed machine saves the steno notes digitally on an SD Memory Card and also on my laptop.  The digital notes are then saved to my desktop at my office. The notes are also digitally backed-up to an external hard drive and to an off-site, encrypted storage facility by high-speed internet daily back up. All proceedings are also backed-up on-site by a digital audio recorder. The same for the transcribed end-product which is also digitally saved. Paperless court reportingThis means that the transcripts would never be lost short of a nuclear catastrophe and will always be accessible to you if you should lose your copy. Your transcript is always an email away no matter how long ago and no matter where you happen to be when you need it.

I also will scan all your exhibits for you and save them in Adobe Acrobat format for you and attach them to the end of the digital transcript if you desire, at no additional cost to you. This means that your exhibits are also digitally saved forever.

Soon, I will be offering videotaped depositions with transcript synchronization at a price that will blow the competition out of the water. I am also working on providing a transcript depository through my website which will enable my customers to access their transcripts 24/7 through the internet, all in an effort to use technology to serve my customers better.
