I believe in environmentally friendly production and so I offer, and encourage, paperless transcripts in the form of Adobe Acrobat (pdf format) or E-Transcript. Both merely require customers to download a free reader program to access the document.

This not only saves paper but it decreases the turn-around time from deposition to final product and enables all attorneys and staff in the firm to access the same document simultaneously.
